Cute little bungalow, around the corner from the beach

Cozy and close to the beach

"Nice little cottage. It was clean and well appointed. A good size for 2 people. The washer and dryer are shared with the other side of the duplex, but it seems that side was the side that the owner uses when in town. The only thing that was slightly disappointing is there is no television in the bedroom. It was a very short walk to the beach...less than 5 minutes. Overall we would recommend.

Wonderful!

"The cottage was wonderful! A very quaint neighborhood, with a lot of stores, restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The cottage was very clean and just the right size for my husband and I. My husband was fortunate enough to meet the owner, and she was very pleasant. There are also beach supplies in the shed outside. We will be back!!

Great property and location

"We loved the cottage. Perfect accommodations for a couple. The owner lives in the adjacent unit. Very friendly. The king size bed is super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio grilling and listening to music. Great location. Short walk to the beach. Also walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Great little getaway

"Short walk to un-crowded beach! This duplex is perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Some minor things to think about: Pull out bed would not be comfortable for adults, but would be great for kids. Kitchen is tiny with small stove and tiny dishwasher. Laundry space is shared with tenant in the other part of the duplex. Blinds in master (only) bedroom need to be replaced. Holmes Beach is beautiful. Within walking distance to several good restaurants. I would stay here again!

Great Cottage to Soak it all in!

"Perfect cottage for my husband and I-the beach access is super close-maybe a 2 minute walk at most. The cottage had 3 nice beach chairs and a cart and some toys if you have young ones. The wifi was great(if you HAVE to work while there!) Huge TV and a well stocked kitchen-although we chose to do take-out or go out. The King bed was very comfy and the bath towels were nice and fluffy. We rented bikes but there were many places you could walk to such as Duffy's, the Ugly Grouper, the liquor store, etc. There also is a shared grill which would be great too! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the beach was never really crowded. We would definitely stay here again.
