The house was amazing! We get together as a family of 13 every year and this was by far the best we’ve stayed at! 7 bedrooms, each with our own bathroom. Bunk beds for the grandkids. Loved having our private pool. And the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

We loved A Villa By The Sea in Holmes Beach. It was an easy walk to the beach and condo was perfect for the three couple who made this trip. Spacious, well-equipped, good AC, bikes, beach chairs and more! We recommend a golf cart for seeing the island.

We loved this private condo. Very quiet and beautiful. Never missed a sunset- it comes to you. It’s so relaxing on that back deck. We loved every minute. I am reserving again in July.

We had such a fun time! Sixteen people, including a gaggle of kids, and a delightful house to stay in. The pool was just right, with lots of controllable spaces for the tiny ones and still enough room for the big ones to frolic.

This condo is so beautifully decorated and was a perfect fit for my family. My 85 yr old mom loved sitting on the balcony watching the gorgeous water and birds. Having the golf cart is a must. Everything is close by. Will definitely choose this again!

Our family of six adults and 4 children (ages 2-7) had a wonderful vacation at Beach Side Paradise! The home was clean and well stocked with everything from cooking essentials to beach gear. Perfect vacation house! Loved the heated pool and spa… excellent for children and everything seemed very new and clean. Was also so nice that the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The location was ideal for walking down to the beach or pier.

We absolutely loved our stay at Getaway by the bay. This home is so spacious and just perfect for our week on AMI. The beds were super comfy! The pool was great fun for our grandkids. We had a slight problem with the spa pool and it was fixed promptly.

We went around Anna Maria Island, and this house positively is located on the best stretch of beach on the island! It is on the quiet north end called Bean Point — look it up! This house is on the gulf and not the bay which is what we were looking for.

Great house – close walking distance to the beach. Street is very quiet compared to a lot of island. Love the canopy of trees over the walkway to beach and the back road for walking to get ice cream with our little ones at night.

AMI is a great place to visit, especially with young kids. Getaway by the Bay was a great house, upstairs bedroom has a closet as big as a bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped though. Press “spa party” to heat up the spa.

Thoroughly enjoyed this place! Perfect for 12 adults with lots of room to relax. Very short walk to the beach and beautiful pool to relax afterwards. So close to great places to eat! Management was great and especially Joe the caretaker. Will absolutely rent this place again!

Absolutely beautiful clean & updated condo. Perfect quiet location with the most beautiful views on the island, and how can you beat the beach right at your back door! We had the best time and look forward to coming back again & again!

Fantastic location, right on the beach! Unobstructed views of The Gulf! Clean, updated and comfortable condo. All furnishings were in excellent condition! Walking distance to shopping and ice cream/restaurants. We will be back to The Gulf Front!

We have been coming to Anna Maria each spring since 2014 and have watched our children grow up enjoying the water and beaches of AMI. This year we enjoyed Sands of Time with our friends and the house was truly a home. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

The house and property were particularly suited for our family of six children and 10 adults. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and the big living room kitchen dining room space worked out perfectly for meals and fun times together. The pool with slide and Jacuzzi were highlights for all, especially the kids.

Stayed for a week in March. Clean, stylish unit perfect for the two of us. The small balcony had a spectacular beach view.
