Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Our Vacation Rentals
Here at Beach House Real Estate our goal is to make sure that each visitor has what they need for the best Anna Maria Island vacation. If you need further information, please review our most frequently asked questions or call our office directly at (941)-216-3793.
What is Provided?
Amenities vary by property. Please ask if an amenity you are looking for is not listed on our website as some amenities will change periodically. However, all of our properties include some basic amenities.

- Fast speed internet
- Linens (bed and bath)
- Fully stocked kitchens
You will need to purchase paper and cleaning products (napkins, paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher & laundry detergent, and garbage bags). Beach towels, beach chairs, and BBQ grills may be provided in some rental properties. Also, some properties have heated swimming pools. All of our heated pools are set to 80 degrees and heating charges are included in the rental fee unless otherwise noted.
How do I check in?
Please print out your confirmation and bring it with you when you check in. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. If these prescheduled times don’t work for you please give us a call. Early check-in and late check-out fees may apply.
Keys will be located in a lock box at the rental property. We will provide you instructions during check-in on how to use the lock box. Keys would be placed in the lock box at the time of check-out. Lost keys fees apply and a lock-out fee will apply for after-hours emergency calls.
What if I need to cancel?
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be deducted for any cancellation prior to 90 days from arrival date. Any cancellation within 90 days from arrival date will be non-refundable. Beach House Real Estate will not issue refunds or discounts due to inclement weather, hurricane, tropical storms, red tide, or any other act of nature.
When Can I Book?
We typically book our properties from Saturday to Saturday during most of the year. However, there can be exceptions depending on the property. During our slower seasons such as late August, September, November, and December we are more likely to accommodate a non-Saturday arrival and departure date reservation. If you see a gap of any length at a property you are interested in, it doesn’t hurt to ask.
If you make a reservation that falls outside these preferred dates of stay, we will try our best to accommodate your dates. However, we reserve the right to decline your reservation request.

Do you have pet-friendly vacation rentals?
Some rental properties may be pet-friendly. For more information on our Anna Maria Island pet-friendly rentals please contact us. All pet-friendly properties require a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00.

Do you offer a grocery delivery service?
Yes, we do! We have partnered up with The Loaded Kitchen which is available for all rentals in Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, and Holmes Beach. All deliveries are scheduled pre-arrival so your vacation rental will be stocked when you arrive. For more information on how it works click here.

There are so many amazing restaurants to try out during your vacation in Anna Maria Island. If you are looking for a great seafood restaurant, The Waterfront Restaurant is the place for you.
For a more well-rounded option, The Beach Bistro Restaurant is perfect. The Blue Marlin Seafood Restaurant on Anna Maria Island is one of the most unique spots though!
