"We really enjoyed the Banyan Tree Beach House. It is as described. We loved having the windows and window walls opened all day to the banyan tree and backyard. The pool and spa are perfect. Kitchen is very modern. Beach items and wagons very appreciated. As a music lover, the whole home audio system was fantastic. Easy to connect with Bluetooth and control many different zones.

"We came with family in October and had the best time! We LOVED hanging out at the Lanai watching college football and movies. Our favorite part was watching from the pool/hot tub! The house was everything it shows in pictures. Had such a great time, we came back in December with different family. We just love this home and its location. We walked to EVERYTHING, rode bikes, watched sunsets, ate at amazing restaurants and played pickleball nearby. We never left the island. Did not need to! Highly recommend this house and AMI

"We have been coming to AMI for 15 years and this place is by far the most unique and beautiful home on the island. The banyan tree is stunning and so beautifully lit. It can be seen and enjoyed throughout the home and outdoor spaces. The home itself fits beautifully around the tree and is perfect for enjoying friends or family. The bedrooms, each with an en-suite is perfect and beds are super comfortable. The beach is so close we enjoyed walks in the morning and of course every sunset! The owners provide everything you need for the beach, including a great wagon for hauling! This place is a must see!

"This property was perfect for our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and beds were so comfy. The kitchen area was very spacious. The patio was huge and could accommodate our entire family. The location was perfect. We could load up our beach gear for a walk only steps from the beach! We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub that was surrounded by a giant gorgeous Banyan tree! I felt like we were in the woods! Everything was perfect and we hope to return again to this amazing property!

"This house is unique, beautiful and captivating in every way. Incredible forethought and planning went into the placement, design and construction of this beautiful house which lends itself to an incredible relaxing get away and only steps away from the beach. The main pool is not only beautiful, but the location with the tree and house and the hot tub and mini-pools is perfect. The kitchen (huge and opens out into the canopy of the Banyan tree), the quiet bedroom, large living space, stairways and rooftop layout are fantastic! Worth every penny and you will want to come back again and again!

Amazing family get away!!

"We took our kids and grand kids two years ago. We absolutely loved the property! We have heard it is the most exquisite home on the island for VRBO. The Banyan tree is definitely very special! So great for family. The pool is perfect for the kids and a short walk to the beach. So great! The kitchen is nicely equipped with all you need to grill and cook meals in which we did several times. Also great eating out options on the island as well as shopping, coffee shops and entertainment. My husband and I even snuck out for a night out dancing at a local bar. So fun! We definitely want to go back!!

"This was an incredible one of kind vacation experience from the ground level lanai, pool, hot tub entertaining area, to all of the outdoor deck spaces on every level, feels like you are in the Banyan Tree. It is a complete spa retreat experience with first class amenities and quick access to the beach. The sunsets were breathtaking.
