This gorgeous, professionally decorated 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home features a private salt water heated pool with a spa, custom built tiki bar and an arcade game room with a pinball machine and 2 arcade games! This stunning home is well stocked for a day at the beach and all your vacation needs. Every bedroom has its own TV and there are 2 in the pool area. Beach Daze offers 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The main level has one bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite. A powder room is also located on the main level.

On the upper level you will find 6 stunning bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and private en-suites. Another king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a hall bath. A bedroom with 2 twin beds and another with full-over-full bunk beds and a pull-out trundle share the last bathroom, which has a bathtub, on this level. Each bathroom has beautiful high-end fixtures and beautiful hand-picked tiles for a rich and luxurious feel. You simply will not want to leave at the end of your stay!

Exterior

Spend your days lounging by the private heated pool and spa or soak up the sunshine on the white sandy beaches. A beautiful outdoor pool area with a custom-built tiki bar and 2 TVs provide a fantastic place to spend the afternoon. Or unwind after a day at the beach and cook something on the grill then walk right over to the beautiful Gulf beaches to catch a beautiful sunset or take a stroll down Gulf drive to the Historic Bridge Street where delicious local restaurants and island shops await. There is also a park right across the street with a playground and pickle ball court. You won't ever want to leave!

Gorgeous Vacation House & Top Rate Customer Service

"So many good things to say about this house. I know I won't capture it all... We travelled as 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids) and had a fantastic time. Main Floor: the open main floor was perfectly set up for socializing, relaxing, dining and preparing big meals. Maximum comfort! The games room off to the side kept all of us busy and competing with the kids. If that isn't enough - there is a little park across the street, the kids can go to and you can see them out the window. The kitchen has everything you need. The massive sofa and tv area were perfect for winding down, or movie night. There is a great little balcony off the kitchen for morning coffees and sunrises. It overlooks the pool and has a convenient circular staircase for getting back and forth between the backyard. The pool area: The pool and backyard is exceptionally perfect for lounging and socializing, bbq'ing and dining as well. We never got tired of hanging out there. Bedrooms: All of the bedrooms are well sized and decorated, plenty of bathrooms for everyone and a laundry room. Location: The location is great - we walked to the beach almost every day (when we weren't headed somewhere else), which took about 3 mins (there is a crosswalk whether you go left or right, so it is convenient either way). Make sure to get to the beach for sunsets. Bridge St is a couple blocks south with bars, shops, restaurants, ice cream... super convenient (and part of our evening walks). Amenities: There are lots of beach chairs, coolers, a beach wagon, pickleball paddles, floating loungers in the garage for the beach. A bar fridge in the kitchen, fully equipped kitchen, lots of pantry space for groceries, laundry facilities, an outdoor shower at the side of the house, TV's by the pool, a hot tub, a full closet of beach towels and household towels. The service: if you have any issues or need help figuring things out, the property management team was very professional, friendly, quick to reply and super accommodating. I would definitely recommend this house, it was lots of fun!

"We rented this house last year for our annual golf trip to Florida and it was the perfect location. So this year we booked the same house and it was like home again. The house was clean and had everything we needed for 7 guys to cook every day. Hot tub was nice and hot. Can't wait to book the same house next year.

Absolutely Wonderful

"One of the best rentals my family and I have ever rented. We had the pleasure of renting this spectacular house with three other families. There was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach was not an issue at all for the beach access was nearby. Everyone was in agreement that this was one of the best rentals and vacations ever. Golf trip 2022

"This house was perfect for our annual golf trip. We could not have been happier with any other house. The house and location was close to a lot of golf courses. The beach and Bridge Street is a 2 minute walk. Finding a house for 8 guys is not easy but Beach Daze did not disappoint. Will definitely be back next year.

Great Beach House

"This is a beautiful home and tastefully decorated. We had 3 families (15 people) and we all had enough space to move about and not bump into one another. Don't worry about bringing your own beach chairs, toys, etc because they have enough there already. We actually left our 3 beach chairs too because I didn't feel like taking them back home! Love the linen service too which I must have missed because I brought 6 beach towels from home and didn't need to. They have plenty of beach towels, bath towels and linens for your beds. Had a few issues with the frig, washer and a/c but are were fixed for us the first few days. It was just a fluke and our bad luck lol! Now the pool pictures you see are a bit deceiving. We thought it was a lot bigger than it was. Its for sure not a fun, jump around, splash type of pool, its a lounge pool. So if you have little kids/teenagers that want to run and have fun in it you can't. The sitting area outside is great but make sure you bring bug spray because we were getting bit left and right. We ended up buying a bomb to spray the backyard and lots of bug spray. I highly recommend renting a golf cart because they are easier to park around the town. Oh and just in case you needed to know, the police station is right next door! This was our first time to Anna Marie Island and we loved it!

Awesome stay- beautiful home

"This house was just beautiful with the perfect room for us all (14 ) The location was terrific as was the home decor. The absolute only thing I could suggest is a second refrigerator due to large crowd. Everyone of us loved the pool, hot tub, and marina and can’t wait to return, Thanks for such a great vacation !

Retreat Relax Restore

Perfect Get Away

"For our group of 9 adults this house was the perfect get away. Common area in kitchen with huge sit down table was perfect for our meals (kitchen fully equipped including wine refrigerator and grill by the pool was provided ). The hot tub and pool became another gathering spot for our group. Loved that we could walk to restaurants and shops PLUS the beach! The beach decor was appealing and inviting. Totally recommend this rental!

No daze about the Beach Daze

"There wasn’t any daze/confusion/bewilderment about this place. The location to the great shops and restaurants was wonderful and an easy walk. Beach Daze is conveniently located to the beach as well. When you walk in you feel welcome with the beautiful home decor and open floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked. Much time was spent in the outdoor area. There is tons of room for socializing on the couches, in the pool and hot tub, and around a cool bar and eating area. Beach House AMI was a wonderful real estate company to work with. You won’t be disappointed!
