Arriving is effortless thanks to the private elevator, accessible from the ground level all the way to the rooftop deck. Send your luggage and groceries upstairs and step into the bright, open-concept living area. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area, with seating for six plus additional seating at the island. Nearby, the comfortable living room invites everyone to gather for conversation, movie nights, or relax in front of the large-screen TV.

Two king bedrooms are located on the main living level, along with a convenient half bath, while two additional king bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom along with crisp linens and plush towels provided by our professional linen service. The upper level also includes a loft with a queen sleeper sofa and large-screen TV, creating additional space for guests to relax, watch a movie, or unwind after a day in the sun. If you have members in your party that struggle with the use of stairs, we strongly recommend that you reserve a property on the ground floor. Beach House Real Estate cannot be held accountable for any malfunctions of the elevator and does not offer compensation.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Please note: 4 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
