Welcome to Coastal Paradise, your private island retreat in the heart of Holmes Beach, just a two-minute walk from the sugar-white sands and sparkling waters of Anna Maria Island. This spacious, light-filled 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home offers the perfect combination of coastal comfort, privacy, and resort-style amenities for an unforgettable beach getaway.

Designed with families and groups in mind, Coastal Paradise features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. Whether you're traveling with extended family, multiple generations, or a group of couples, everyone can enjoy their own comfortable retreat while still having plenty of space to gather.

Arriving is effortless thanks to the private elevator, accessible from the ground level all the way to the rooftop deck. Send your luggage and groceries upstairs and step into the bright, open-concept living area. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area, with seating for six plus additional seating at the island. Nearby, the comfortable living room invites everyone to gather for conversation, movie nights, or relax in front of the large-screen TV.

Two king bedrooms are located on the main living level, along with a convenient half bath, while two additional king bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom along with crisp linens and plush towels provided by our professional linen service. The upper level also includes a loft with a queen sleeper sofa and large-screen TV, creating additional space for guests to relax, watch a movie, or unwind after a day in the sun. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and thoughtful comfort throughout the home make extended stays easy.

Outside, your own private tropical oasis awaits. The heated pool and spa are the centerpiece of the backyard, complete with a sun shelf and in-pool lounge chairs—perfect for lazy afternoons soaking up the Florida sunshine. After a morning at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, cool off in the pool, or relax in the spa. Fire up the grill and enjoy an evening meal outdoors before heading upstairs for sunset.

One of the home's most memorable features is the furnished rooftop deck, offering beautiful views toward both the Gulf and Bay. Start your morning here as the island comes to life or end the day with a glass of wine while watching the sky transform into the brilliant colors of an Anna Maria Island sunset. With the beach just minutes from your door and Holmes Beach shops, restaurants, and island favorites close by, Coastal Paradise puts you in the perfect location to experience everything Anna Maria Island has to offer.

Beach days. Poolside afternoons. Rooftop sunsets. Coastal Paradise is where your Anna Maria Island memories begin.
