Coastal Sunrise is a fantastic custom direct Gulf front condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf beaches, fully renovated in 2022, it one of the nicest gulf front condo units on AMI. It is a top-floor, corner unit (facing south with fantastic side views also) in a condominium that sits on Holmes Beach. This means that the unit faces the incredible teal-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and offers easy access to the beautiful white sand that Florida is known for! It is a perfect rental for friends and families that simply love and want to spend as much time as possible at the beach!

When you arrive at Coastal Sunrise-Sunset Cove, you’ll notice the modern exterior of the condominium complex and the massive palm trees in the front yard. Being so close to the ocean, you’ll no doubt be able to smell the salty air and feel the sea breeze. Inside the condo, you’ll first walk into a massive common area that is flooded with natural light from its numerous windows and large sliding glass doors. The vaulted ceilings make the space feel even bigger and more open.

The kitchen is huge and offers granite countertops, a full suite of appliances, and a breakfast bar for three. The dining room, which has large sliding glass doors in it, has stunning views of the beach. The large wooden table seats at least six people. The living room is spacious and features two couches, a lounge chair, extra seating, and a flat-screen TV. There is also access to the balcony in this room through the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. The balcony is likely where you’ll spend your early mornings and late evenings watching the iconic Florida sunrises and sunsets. This balcony has a full-sized outdoor dining set and incredible views of the Gulf.

Exterior

The most wonderful feature of Coastal Sunrise-Sunset Cove is that it steps away from the salty waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can access the beach via a sanded trail. The condominium complex that Coastal Sunrise-Sunset Cove is part of also has a nice shared pool on the property. Additionally, this unit is close to lots of local shops and restaurants and near a drawbridge that takes you back into Sarasota. Coastal Sunrise-Sunset Cove is simply a lovely home-away-from-home that offers irresistible amenities – like immediate beach access!

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. This property requires a 7-night minimum stay as set forth by Holmes Beach’s Land Development Code. Occupancy may not exceed 8.

"We have been coming here for several years for a small (5 people) family vacation. Just the adults for a haven of beauty and serenity at the waters edge. This is the first time we’ve stayed in this unit and will return again next year. The condo is beautiful and we treated it as we would our own homes.

Great Rental, Great Location

"This rental is absolutely beautiful with top of the line appliances, fixtures and furnishings. Even the deck furniture is not only beautiful but comfortable. The unit is one of most beautiful rentals we have stayed in anywhere. Simply stunning. You cant beat the view of the ocean and it’s only steps away from the sand. And you could walk up the beach to a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with adult beverages!!! The folks at Beach House rentals are also very responsive (we had many questions!!!) and wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay at this condo on our next visit to Anna Maria Island and use Beach House rentals. Wonderful vacation!

Incredible views

"We had an incredible time in this very special location! The unit has been recently updated and is gorgeous. Our adult son has multiple disabilities and the parking below and elevator up to the condo made it extremely easy for us to come and go. Our older son’s family - including three young daughters - stayed about a mile away. It is nearly impossible for them to eat out at this stage in life, so we invited them over for a few meals in the evening. It was nice to be able to eat outside on the porch, or altogether in the dining area. Our son with disabilities has never been able to enjoy the beach as much as on this trip. Down the elevator and a few yards across the sand was all the effort needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the traffic along that stretch was surprisingly not a factor as that isn’t the case at other locations further down the coast. A large grocery store, Ace hardware and other convenient stores were right around the corner. It’s more than we have ever spent on a unit for a week, but after three vacation-less summers we decided to splurge and are very glad we did!!

"Clean, spacious, and convenient! The beach is just a few steps away, and it's a short drive to restaurants and shopping. All the rooms are nicely appointed, the kitchen is spacious, and the elevator makes it easy for luggage and groceries.. We'll be back!
