The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. High-capacity washer and dryer are located on the main floor to clean those sandy swimsuits.

This house is conveniently located on Holmes Blvd, providing a quiet retreat located in the heart of the island. You'll enjoy easy access to the charm of the Pine Ave shops restaurants, bars and activities. The AMI trolly has a stop less than a block from the house!

The private heated pool, spa and waterslide are sure to be a hit with the whole family. The patio area is newly updated with a bar, bar seating, lounge chairs, large dining area, outdoor shower and a stainless-steel grill. The covered lanai, next to the pool, offers ample seating and the perfect place to watch the game on the outdoor TV. "Amazing house and pool. Kitchen stocked with all our cooking needs. Everyone was so comfortable! So many good times at the pool with the waterfall and slide, comfy patio furniture and the fridge and bathroom right there. We never needed to leave. We definitely will return.

"Wonderful house and location! My siblings and significant others had a great time. The house was very spacious for all 12 adults! The pool, hot tub and under deck area were awesome! Amazing location

"The house was perfect for our family of 12, 8 adults 4 children. Very clean and lots of space. The pool and slide were great. All the beach gear was very helpful. A 1.5 block walk to the beach. It was perfect!! We had a small issue with the shower draining in one bathroom. I called the rental office and it was fixed promptly while we were at the beach, they were very accommodating.

"This is the place for a family vacation. Location, amenities, wonderful pool and entertainment area not to mention a thoughtfully laid out home. Our time was cut short by Hurricane Ian. We were always kept aware of happenings, evacuation times and felt that our safety was of the utmost priority with our rental company, Beach House AMI. We can’t wait to return someday to complete our vacation. We were also able to rent a golf cart through our rental company that was a big hit with the family. Lovely Home

"This lovely home is beautifully and tastefully decorated. It's only a short walk to the beach and comes equipped with beach chairs, blow-up toys, and a wagon. Several of us used the bicycles so it was nice to have those available. The slide on the pool is a great addition. The house was very clean, and the appliances were exceptional. It's in a good location, not far from the Pier, Ginny and Jane E's, and shopping. Toward the end of the week we had trouble with the spa heating up but Beach House AMI was very responsive and tried to get it fixed.

"This house is a beautiful home! It was clean and wonderfully decorated and well maintained. The pool area was an oasis, landscaping around the pool was a tropical dream. Great vacation house

"The house is decorated very nicely. It’s upgraded. The beds are very comfortable including the daybed. The backyard is nicely landscaped and the pool is a nice addition. My kids woke up and went in every morning. The living room is comfortable and can accommodate a family of 6 comfortably. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is close to the beach and the grocery store. I will definitely be back.
