The Ultimate Family Beach House ☀️

"Our family had an amazing stay at Somewhere in the Sun! This home exceeded our expectations in every way and was the perfect place to gather, relax, and make memories. The game room was an absolute favorite and became the hangout spot for everyone. Between the arcade games, ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard, there was always something to do, and it kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. Outside felt like our own private resort. The heated pool and spa were fantastic, and we loved spending our evenings lounging on the outdoor couches, watching TV, grilling dinner, and enjoying time together. The outdoor living space was designed so well that we found ourselves spending as much time outside as we did inside. The home itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated with a fresh coastal style, high-end finishes, an incredible kitchen, and more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably. One of the biggest highlights was the rooftop deck. The panoramic views of both the Gulf and the bay were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. It quickly became our favorite place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. The location couldn't have been better. It's just a quick two-block walk to the beach, and having the beach wagon available made carrying all of our gear incredibly easy. We also loved being only one block from the bay, making it easy to enjoy the best of Anna Maria Island in every direction. If you're looking for a beautiful, spacious home with incredible amenities and an unbeatable location, Somewhere in the Sun truly has it all. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Anna Maria Island!

Our New Fave Beach House!

"We vacationed at Somewhere in The Sun in June, and it was our favorite house so far! We come with extended family, so the space felt so large and no one felt cramped. Our Top 3 favorite things about this house was the game room (we have a competitive family so this was great!), the rooftop deck (coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening!), and the outdoor pool area with sofa, grill and TV. It was during the World Cup and we had so much fun all watching the games either from the lounge areas, dining table or right from the pool! So many great memories here, close to beach and bay- beach wagon was provided which we used every day! Can't wait to return next summer!

Perfect Rental!!!

"This is our 8th year coming to AMI, and this rental checked all the boxes for us! PLENTY of space for everyone to have their own bedrooms/bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked and had top of the line everything. The kids spent a lot of time playing the arcade games and ping pong, adults played shuffleboard as well. Outdoor spaces were great for this vacation, grilled and ate outside, we also loved watching college basketball on the outdoor tv. We watched many sunsets from our very own rooftop deck. Great 360 view from up there. Quick walk to beach, and a block to the bay. Kids enjoyed the basketball courts so close. Definitely booking again for next year, would be hard to top this one!

"We had a wonderful stay at our house. It was squeaky clean and looked very new. It was a two block walk to the beach, a one block walk to the bay and a small playground for the kids. Anna Maria has a bus system that is easy to use which we used several times. We were a party of 12, ages 1-70 and were very comfortable. We loved the fact that every bedroom (except the bunk bed room) had a king bed . Overall a great stay!

Incredible home!

"The house was perfect for a group of adults (6 couples). Each couple had a king size bed and our own bathroom.. This is a rare find!! The house is beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. Also, although not mentioned in the listing there are 2 very nice pickleball courts a half a block away.

"This place was absolutely amazing! Right when the kids woke up, they immediately ran to the game room downstairs! Such classic games, us parents had fun too! We booked mainly for the rooftop deck and got to have a view of the gulf and water view! The inside of the house was as pristine as it is shown in the pictures. We definitely will be back!! "Somewhere in the Sun was an ideal choice for our family vacation to Florida. This home is a newly built seven-bedroom property, and the location is just a short walk from the beach! It is super convenient for everywhere we want to be. We all really loved the rooftop deck with stunning sunset views, and the refreshing private pool area with a spa. Inside, the living space is lovely and inviting, and the kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are so comfortable and accommodated each of us very comfortably. Whether enjoying outdoor lounging or exploring Anna Maria Island, this vacation home offered endless relaxation and memorable experiences for our whole family.

"This is an amazing house for a large group! The backyard covered area is spacious. The homes finishes are beautiful and all the appliances and furniture's are good quality. Each room has its own full bathroom with the exception of the Jack and Jill set up on the second floor which is great for a family with children. The host was responsive. We felt comfortable and at home. Would most definitely recommend!

"Wow. This house is amazing! It’s massive. We had 4 adults and 4 kids with two empty rooms to spare! The kitchen was gigantic with plenty of space for us to cook multiple meals. The rooftop was great for both sunset and sunrise. 10/10 for customer service. I would 100% stay here again. Oh and the walk to the beach was so short!!!! Our kids did it no issue. There was a beach buggy and 10 beach chairs for use! The beach is amazing!!!
