The wraparound porch has beautiful hardwood floors, outdoor seating, and multiple ceiling fans for those hot summer days. Head inside and take note of the open-concept design and high vaulted ceilings. The living room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The wall-to-wall windows allow sunlight to flood the room. Meanwhile, the kitchen is waiting for you to put your culinary skills to use! It features a full suite of fun, sea-foam colored appliances, marble countertops, a butler’s pantry, wine cooler, and extra mini fridge. Gather around the farmhouse-style dining table or take your plates outside to dine on the covered porch. It doesn’t stop there: Summer House has an in-home theater room with seven recliners, an 85” TV, and a separate card/game table.

The sweeping interior luxuries only complement the outdoor ones that are calling your name. Soak up breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop deck with 360-degree views of the Gulf and Bay. The outdoor cabana has comfortable seating and a gas stone fireplace. The private lagoon-style pool can be heated year round and even has a waterfall and spa, in-water seating, and a slide. Since this home is just two doors down from the beach, you can get to the sugar white sands with ease!

Exterior

Our pools are heated from NOVEMBER through APRIL and heating is not available from May through October. Pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. Please note that outdoor spas are not hot tubs and will remain the same temperature as the pool. If you are renting from November-April please notify us 10 days prior to your arrival that you would like the pool heated. Pool pumps will shut down automatically if the pool temperature reaches the 70s due to colder weather and will automatically re-engage as temperatures rise. Reheating to 82 degrees after cold weather can take several days based on the severity of the cold spell. Due to Anna Maria Island’s strict noise ordinance pool pumps will not run overnight.

"Five stars is not enough stars. There was no part of the property that didn't exceed expectations. The rental company was great to deal with, the support from the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, and the house is absolutely fantastic. As long as this house is available, I will never stay anywhere else.

"Awesome house! The very best VRBO we've ever stayed at. Plenty of room and amenities for 7 adults and 4 children, 9 yrs and under. Great pool and pool slide (where the kids spent most of their time). A movie area for the kids to watch their favorite shows, and a well stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook most nights. And very short walk to a great beach. We'd rent this house again in a heartbeat!

"The property was great for our families. The pool was a favorite pastime and the outdoor tv ranked high among the kids. The beach was very close and easy to access-beautiful and not too crowded. Restaurants were walkable and grocery store a short distance accessible through golf cart. One of our favorite family island getaways!

"After arriving to our VRBO after many hours of travel only to discover that the owner had reserved the house, but failed to communicate to Vrbo. This house was our saving grace. It is two houses from the beach with a private beach access point that was never crowded. The pool was one of the best I have ever had at a rental house with more than enough space for the adults and children to enjoy your time away from the sand.. the house was absolutely gorgeous with all amenities and many extras. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful, and gorgeous. The kitchen had state of the art appliances which made cooking at home a breeze. The garage is filled with beach supplies and bikes. This house has it all!! We had an amazing week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful oasis with us☀️⛱️

"House was beautiful and very close to beach! Rental company was very quick and efficient when booking this last minute rental! Was told tge morning before leaving that house we were renting had an a/c issue and we could not stay there. Our vacation that started out as a disaster turned out to be a great week for family and friends! Highly recommend this property and company!!
